about us

Unlike traditional realtors, lawyers, or lenders, we are civil engineers with years of experience in data gathering, fact-checking, and comprehensive verification processes. Our passion lies in facts and data, and we meticulously verify everything before making informed assessments of any situation.

Throughout the years, we’ve delivered many successful units that put smiles on our clients with the assurance that their property’s were exactactly what was promissed.

Unfortunately, we’ve also faced numerous challenges, such as contract breaches, workmanship problems, construction fraud, squatter evictions, land encroachment, and issues within condominium regimes. Each situation has transformed us into forensic experts committed to thoroughly investigating, analyzing, and reporting on real estate transactions.

Over the years, we’ve built a supportive network of trustworthy team members; highly skilled, honest, and dedicated professionals who understand quality construction and how to leverage it for successful outcomes.

Hello, my name is Ing. Yef Rutan Flores. I am one of the co-founders and chief inspectors for our team. For over 25 years, I have operated a quality construction company in Quintana Roo, focusing on projects in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. I specialized in building homes, condominiums, shopping plazas, and more.

In 2014, we began offering consulting, inspection, and verification services, focusing primarily on new construction presale developments throughout the Riviera Maya. We have experienced growth yearly and continually strive to improve with each passing year.

In 2020, we relocated from Tulum to Valladolid, which allowed us to cover our service area in the Yucatan Peninsula more easily, from Merida to Cancun and Bacalar to Celestun, based at our new central home office in Valladolid.

Our vision

We believe that Mexico continues developing into the first-world nation it was always destined to become.

Access to global financial services is vital for continued growth, especially in the real estate sector, which needs access to build and create an equal ecosystem.

Mexico needs its real estate sector to become that of any other first-world nation, and transparency is the key to success.

Trulia, Zillow, and MLS platforms only work in an ecosystem where public access to relevant information is always available to the people they serve.
