Over the years we’ve seen a lot; from breach of contract, construction fraud, workmanship liabilities, squatter evictions, land encroachment, and condo regime issues. Over the years we’ve become forensic experts at investigating, scrutinizing, and reporting for all types of real estate transactions.
In addition to our small office, we’ve developed a healthy ecosystem of a few law firms with highly competent, honest, and diligent legal counsel who understand the law and how to use it to win. Trained experts who understand the value of our work as content creators of digital evidence useable in any Mexican court of law.

Our Story
A couple of retired civil engineers, who’ve acquired 50+ years of building experience throughout the Yucatan peninsula including Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumal, Tulum, and Merida.
Hi, my name is Ing. Yef Rutan Flores, and one of the co-founders and chief inspector for our team. For 25+ years, I operated a quality Quintanarroense construction company working in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum building homes, condos, shopping plazas, etc.
In 2014, we started offering our consulting, inspection, and verification services working heavily in the new construction presale developments throughout the Riviera Maya. We have grown every year and always strive to do better with each passing year.
In 2020, we moved from Tulum to Valladolid allowing us easier coverage for our service area of the Yucatan peninsula; Merida to Cancun and Bacalar to Celestun from our new central home office of Ebtun.

Our vision is that Mexico continues developing in to the first-world nation it was always destined to become.
