Who We Are

The single mind above the entire project —
accountable to no one but you.

Every development is built by a chain of professionals, each responsible for one part of it. We are the one that sits above the whole chain — independent of all of it, paid by none of it, answering only to the capital at risk.

The Principal

Decades over the decisions
where the capital was real.

The firm is led personally by an advisor who has spent decades evaluating major developments across Latin America — and who brings two disciplines that rarely live in one mind: the economics that tells you whether a project performs, and the civil engineering that tells you whether it will stand. Most advisors hold one. The rare value is holding both, over the same decision, at the same time.

Every engagement is led personally. The principal reads every file. There is no junior bench to be handed to, because the judgment you are paying for is the one thing that cannot be delegated — and the relationships the firm is built on were earned, over many years, long before it ever needed an address.

Where We Sit

Above the architect, the engineers,
and the builder — not beside them.

A development is delivered by a stack of professionals. An architect designs it. One engineering firm, or several, deliver the specific parts — structural, civil, geotechnical, the systems. If the developer is sophisticated, a construction-management company sits on top of that, coordinating the build. We sit above all of it.

YCP — Independent Oversight
The single view of risk. Compliance and coordination over the whole. Accountable to no one but you.

Construction Management / Administration
Coordinates and controls the build. Where a development has none, we can hold this seat ourselves.
The Engineering Firms
Structural, civil, geotechnical, systems — each delivers its own part of the building.
The Architect
Designs the project.

We are not another seat in that chain. We are the independent oversight over the entire chain — the compliance officer in the room, the project coordinator when there isn't one, the one set of eyes in the building with no incentive but the truth.

And around the build sit the specialists we commission and read across — legal counsel, surveyors, geologists, biologists, urban planners, cost consultants, economists. Each answers within their own domain. We answer for the whole.

Why It Matters

The failures here were not bad luck.
They were the absence of this seat.

The record is public: developments ordered demolished, land seized, capital frozen inside projects that no longer legally exist, and the people who funded them left with no recourse. In almost none of those cases was the danger truly invisible. It was simply that no independent mind stood over the whole — no one with the breadth to see it coming and the standing to say stop before the money moved.

We have stood at the edge of decisions like those before the outcome was written — and more than once, the warning was not taken, and the project went on to become one of the cautionary tales this coast is now known for. We do not name those engagements. That restraint is the same one we would extend to you.

One Interest — Yours

We do not name our clients.

We sell no product, place no capital, and close no transaction. We keep no client list and chase no volume. We are reached by introduction, and the surest way we protect what a client tells us is to make certain it never leaves the room. The discretion we extend to them is the discretion you would be buying.

You will not find us on a billboard, a brokerage portal, or a social feed — and that is deliberate. In this market, and at this level of capital, visibility is exposure: the people who broadcast their dealings make themselves targets, and the ones who endure operate quietly. We keep a low profile for the same reason our clients do — at this altitude, discretion is not only good manners, it is a form of security, for them and for us. This site is our only public face. Everything else is by introduction, behind a closed door.

One client. One interest. One loyalty — yours.
